On Monday, a Delhi court issued a notice to enforce actress Jacqueline Fernandez’s request for authorization from the Directorate (ED) to travel to Dubai after January 27 in order to do business.

The primary defendant had requested an immediate hearing.  Therefore, the court scheduled the case for the following hearing on January 25. The actor relocated in December of last year a request for permission to go abroad to travel to Bahrain to see her unwell mother.
But she withdrew it when the court refused to let her go overseas. Chandrashekhar is suspected of extorting funds from politicians, famous people, and businesspeople. He bilked Aditi Singh, the wife of former Ranbaxy owner Shivinder Mohan Singh, of 200 crore rupees. Jacqueline received extremely expensive gifts from Shekhar while he was away, he arranged for her to take a chartered flight from Mumbai to Chennai. She had received substantial sums of money allegedly extorted from Singh by an alleged conman.
