Amaravati, June-04: Former CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Minister Narayana lashed out at YCP. He accused YCP of inciting farmers. He alleged that YCP is trying to create differences among farmers and destroy them. He said that it is ridiculous for YCP to form committees on Amaravati. He said that if you come here and see how the capital works are being done, you will know. He questioned how the farmers’ lands will be given back. He asked whether it is possible to give lands after the construction of buildings, roads and pipelines is completed.Narayana lashed out, saying how a person who was made the former CM can speak without understanding. Today (Thursday), the minister toured the capital Amaravati area. He inspected the development works of Kondaveeti Vagu. He inspected the work of bridges being constructed on Kondaveeti Vagu on N9, N8 and N7 roads. He issued orders to the officials to remove soil under the bridges without obstructing the flow of Kondaveeti Vagu. He suggested that the width of the Kondaveeti stream should be widened further where it is narrow. Narayana inspected the reservoir construction work being done in Neerukonda. The minister said that the development work of trunk roads, bridges and streams is going on rapidly in the capital. He said that 43 bridges are being constructed on trunk roads and 32 in LPS zones. He said that the soil is being removed without disturbing the flow of the Kondaveeti stream during the rainy season. He said that half of the work has been completed in Sakhamuru, Penumaka and Neerukonda reservoirs. Narayana said that if there is heavy rain, the work may be hampered.
