Police stopped Kavitha at Singareni Mine Gate, tension at Bhupalapally

Bhupalapally : Tension prevailed at the Singareni KTK-5 Incline Mine. As part of the Singareni Bayibata program, ‘Telangana Rakshana Sena’ (TRS) president Kalvakuntla Kavitha reached the KTK-5 Incline Mine. However, the police stopped Kavitha when she tried to enter the mine. On this occasion, a heated argument broke out between the police and TRS activists. Later, the situation became tense and a scuffle broke out between the two groups. Tension increased further when leaders who came in support of Kavitha tried to climb the main gate. After the gate was removed amid the protest, Kalvakuntla Kavitha entered the mine premises along with her followers. This incident created a tense atmosphere in the areas surrounding the mine.
