Public issues should be brought to the attention of the committee: Raghuramakrishnam Raju

Visakhapatnam : The committee chairman Raghuramakrishnam Raju said that the resolution of public issues was discussed extensively in the Legislative Assembly Petitions Committee meeting. He said that the petitions submitted by Gajuwaka MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao were discussed at length. He revealed that a specific time limit has been set for the resolution of each issue. He said that the people suffering from the issues were brought directly to the meeting and their views were known. He said that the committee is working to resolve the issues with a humanitarian approach. He said that Visakhapatnam MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju also brought several public issues to the attention of the committee. He said that various issues were discussed comprehensively in the meeting and necessary suggestions were made to the concerned authorities. Raghuramakrishnam Raju urged the MLAs to take more initiative like Palla Srinivasa Rao and Vishnu Kumar Raju to resolve public issues and bring the issues to the attention of the committee. He said that steps will be taken to ensure that justice is done to the people by holding such meetings in the future as well. He clarified that steps will be taken to resolve the issues discussed in this meeting in the next two to three months.
