We will take an iron fist against cyber crimes: Home Minister Anita

Visakhapatnam : Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha commented that cyber crimes have increased after Covid. She said that the NDA government has focused on cyber crime. She warned that they are taking an iron fist on cyber crimes. She said that they are providing tools to the cyber crime police station. A cyber crimes recovery fair was organized at the Visakhapatnam Police Commissionerate today (Monday). Home Minister Anitha participated as the chief guest of this fair, while CP Shankhabrata Bagchi and police officials were present. The Home Minister recovered and handed over cheques to the victims of cyber crime. Home Minister Anitha said that only educated people are victims of cyber crimes. She said that about six crore rupees have been recovered and given to 310 victims of cyber crimes. She explained that technology is being fully used in cyber crime. She revealed that a cyber crime station is being set up in every district. She advised that if anyone is cheated in cyber crime, they should immediately inform the police. Home Minister Anita said that people should be extremely vigilant against cyber crimes.
