Hyderabad : Chief Minister Revanth Reddy laid the foundation stone of Amazon’s new data center in Future City. Speaking on the occasion, the CM expressed confidence that the state will reach a 3 trillion economy by 2047. He clarified that his goal is to contribute 10 percent to India’s GDP. He said that he will make Hyderabad a pollution-free city. He said that the industries in the city will be moved out. He revealed that Musi cleaning and metro expansion have been undertaken, and buses will be converted from diesel to EVs. He said that zero tax is being implemented in the registration of EV vehicles. He revealed that Hyderabad will become a hub for Fortune companies and that he is building the most advanced city in the world.


The CM said that he is giving permissions to industries through a single window and providing various incentives to industrialists. He said that special policies have been formulated for each sector. He said that reviews are being conducted on the policies from time to time. He said that the Amazon data center will be a stepping stone for Future City. CM Revanth Reddy said that more investments will come to Future City in the coming days. Meanwhile, Amazon data center will be built on 202 acres in Future City. Amazon will spend Rs. 60 thousand crores in 12 years. Ministers Sridhar Babu, Jupally Krishna Rao, Vakiti Srihari, Legislative Council Chief Whip Patnam Mahender Reddy, MLA Mal Reddy Ranga Reddy, Government Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju, Advisor Ramakrishna Rao and high officials participated in this program.
