Double engine government is moving forward at jet speed: CM Chandrababu

Nellore District : Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan formally launched Palle Panduga 3.0 in Nellore district. The leaders laid the foundation stone and unveiled a plaque for rural development works worth ₹11,085 crore at Ramapuram village in Varikuntapadu mandal. Of the total funds allocated for the programme, ₹5,391 crore will come from the Centre, while the State government will contribute ₹5,694 crore. The launch witnessed a massive turnout, with thousands of coalition leaders, party workers and members of the public arriving from Nellore, Prakasam, Kadapa and Nandyal districts. The gathering filled the event venue as supporters turned up in large numbers. Ministers Ponguru Narayana, Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, Nimmala Ramanaidu, Farooq and BC Janardhan Reddy, along with MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy and several other elected representatives and dignitaries, attended the programme.

After launching Palle Pandaga 3.0, CM Chandrababu said, ‘We have launched Palle Pandaga 3.0 with Rs. 11,085 crore. We are ushering in a wonderful change in the villages. We said in 2024 that we would rebuild AP. Your vote has not gone to waste. The double-engine government is moving forward at jet speed. The weather is even more hot than in 2024. Our girls are showing signs that we are ready for the Panchayat elections. Congratulations to Pawan, who is developing the villages. Pawan has shown his mark in the Panchayat Raj department. We are following up on central schemes and doing work in the villages. The villages have shed tears under the YSRCP government. That government has also prevented the 15th Finance Commission from receiving funds.’

We will pay special attention to the poor. Our aim is to remove economic inequalities. No one should forget the situation before the elections. They inherited a loan of Rs. 10 lakh crore. I am the Chief Minister for the fourth time and I am overwhelmed. The coalition government has fulfilled all the promises made. We have achieved super six super success. Last year, we made one lakh girls entrepreneurs. This year, we will make five lakhs entrepreneurs. In the previous government, they chased away entrepreneurs and investments. In the two years since our government came to power, we have brought in investments of Rs. 22 lakh crore. I myself laid the foundation stone of the Veligonda project. I myself started it. We will also complete Veligonda Phase-2. We will make Nellore and Markapuram areas fertile. Udayagiri constituency will become a hub of orchards,’ Chandrababu said.
