Transfer of IPS officers in AP

Amaravati : Several IPS officers have been transferred in AP. The coalition government on Monday issued orders appointing OSDs and additional SPs for several districts. As part of the transfers, Nav Jyoti Mishra has been appointed as OSD (Administration) of Markapur district. Patil Dev Raj Manish has been transferred as Additional SP Admin of East Godavari (Rajahmundry). Similarly, Manda Javali Alphons has been appointed as OSD of Polavaram district. The government has issued orders appointing Manoj Ramanath Hegde as OSD Law and Order of Amaravati. Rohit Kumar Chowdhury has been posted as Additional SP of Palnadu district. The state government has issued orders appointing Sushmita as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Nandyal. Official sources revealed that these transfers were made in view of administrative needs.
