Supreme Court green signal for Akiveedu Rramalayam construction

New Delhi : The Supreme Court, has given its approval to the construction of a Ram temple in Aakiveedu in West Godavari district. The Supreme Court has issued a key verdict, dismissing the petition filed challenging the construction of the temple. The Supreme Court has clarified that the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the District Collector in the past in connection with this dispute is legal. It has commented that there is nothing wrong in undertaking the construction of the temple on government land in accordance with the rules. With this green signal given by the Supreme Court, the way has been paved for the construction of the Ram temple in Aakiveedu.
