Hyderabad : Minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy held a review to launch TV Awards in Telangana. He met with the members of the Television Award Committee on issues related to the name, logo and categories of the awards. There was extensive discussion on the design of a special logo, name and various categories for the awards. The Minister suggested that the name and logo of the awards should reflect the spirit of Telangana. He said that the state government is providing special encouragement to the development of the television sector. The Minister revealed that the name of former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao is being considered for the TV Awards. He said that a final decision will be taken after discussing this issue with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Minister Komatireddy instructed the Television Award Committee to quickly prepare guidelines for the organization of the awards
