The AP government has explained that it is providing crop insurance facility to farmers at a premium of Rs. 1. It has advised farmers who have not registered yet to register for insurance immediately. It has appealed to register for insurance for every acre cultivated. The AP government has stated that registration can be done through banks, CSC centers, farmer service centers and NCIP mobile apps.
