Hyderabad: On Monday, Finance Minister T Harish Rao stated that the budget would meet the aspirations of the state’s citizens. At Jubilee Hills’ Sri Venkateshwara Swamy, the finance minister attended prayers. Harish Rao stated in a press conference that the budget would balance development and welfare. He claimed that despite receiving a raw deal from the Center, Telangana state has been making progress.

He claimed that even though not a single dollar was flowing from the federal government, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was moving the state forward only for the purpose of development. At 10.30 am, Legislative Affairs Minister V Prashanth Reddy will submit the budget to the council in place of Harish Rao, who will present it in the Assembly.
