Delhi : The Telangana government has received a shock in the Supreme Court in the Shantha Sriram Constructions case. The Supreme Court heard the Shantha Sriram Construction case today (Tuesday). The Supreme Court dismissed the petition filed by the Telangana government against this construction. The Supreme Court held that the state High Court verdict was not challenged in time.

The court made it clear that the counter could not be taken up for hearing as the counter was not filed in due time. The petition was dismissed by a bench of Justice Dipankar Datta. It is known that the Telangana High Court had earlier ordered the removal of Hydra Commissioner Ranganath in the same case.
