Hyderabad : Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has given good news to the people of LB Nagar constituency. Speaking in the Legislative Assembly today (Wednesday), he said that some people in LB Nagar constituency have built houses on government lands and have been living there for years. He said that a solution will be found for their problem soon and that the government will give good news. He promised to resolve the 118 GO issue in this constituency. He also said that layouts and constructions on government lands will be regularized. Revanth said that the freehold and bhoodan land issue will be resolved in Secunderabad limits.

Appointment of High Power Committee..The Chief Minister said that a permanent solution will be given to land issues.. 12 issues have been identified in 22A issues. He announced that a High Power Committee will be appointed to resolve 12 major issues. He said that he will move forward with a specific policy on which lands should be included in 22A. He said that steps have been taken to resolve the issue by setting up a toll-free number. He said that the CM’s house is in 22A.. It is not in the hands of the minister.. It is a technical issue. He said that the authority to include any land in 22A.. lies with the RDO or sub-collectors. He said that the land survey number and pattadar details will be clearly identified.

We will remove those lands from the prohibited list.. Revanth said that a new policy will be introduced soon regarding ULC lands. He said that before putting them in the prohibited list, the e-mail and press release policy will be followed. He said that 15 days will be given to raise objections. The entire procedure followed will be recorded. He announced that if the lands are purchased under the Endowment and Waqf Act, they will be removed from the prohibited list. He said that the pending registrations of lands in authorized layouts will be resolved within a week. He said that the layout registrations that have obtained HMDA and DTCP permissions will be done. He said that pattas will be given in accordance with the eligibility criteria within the Singareni area. CM Revanth Reddy stated that a decision on pattas will be taken so that the welfare of the Singareni workers will be ensured.
