Key development in Jagan’s disproportionate assets cases

Hyderabad : A key development has taken place in the cases of former CM and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The CBI court has decided to investigate the ED cases along with the CBI cases. The court has decided to investigate Jagan’s ED cases on a daily basis. The CBI court will investigate 70 accused including Jagan individually. Nine Enforcement Directorate (ED) charge sheets against Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy have been pending before the court for the past ten years. The ED officials have already approached the Telangana High Court seeking day-to-day hearings in these cases. As the proceedings have been stalled due to the pending discharge petitions in the CBI court, the ED, along with Hari Rama Jogaiah and several others, has filed petitions in the High Court seeking further action in the cases.
