Continuous surveillance on the path of Cyclone Arnab.. CM gives key instructions to officials

Amaravati : Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has directed the officials to assess the course of Cyclone Arnab from time to time and take precautionary measures. In the wake of the warnings of Cyclone Arnab, a review meeting was held with the officials at the camp office in Undavalli today (Monday). On this occasion, the CM issued key orders. CS Sai Prasad, RTGS and other disaster management officials, senior officials of various departments, collectors of the respective districts and police officers attended this review virtually.

The CM instructed people to be alerted to the impact of the storm and to prevent loss of property and life. He clarified that appropriate measures should be taken by assessing the intensity of the rains, winds and flood flows due to the impact of the storm. He ordered that farmers and people be given appropriate instructions from time to time by analyzing information from previous storms. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu instructed district collectors to move people in coastal areas to relief shelters.
