Visakhapatnam, May 30: According to Visakhapatnam MP Sribharat, the Disha meeting is an excellent forum for examining how central government initiatives are being carried out. He claimed that with the help of officials and public representatives, Visakhapatnam, which is becoming more well-known worldwide, is moving forward on a path of continued development. He disclosed that the Urban Challenge Fund had approved projects for Visakhapatnam totaling Rs. 1,500 crore. He stated that the Madhurawada zone is working on important projects including drinking water delivery, subterranean drainage, and bolstering the municipal water distribution system. He claimed that the Disha meeting examined the status of these projects. Sribharat attacked the previous YSRCP government for slowing down development efforts in Visakhapatnam, shelving numerous important projects, and significantly raising their costs.
