Hyderabad : Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has said that his government is working to set up an Ambedkar Knowledge Center at the Ambedkar Bhavan site. He said that Rs. 110 crore has been allocated and sanctioned for this in the budget. He said that the construction of the Ambedkar Knowledge Center is being undertaken on the 12th floor. Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, State Social Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman, MLA Muthagopal, MLC Addanki Dayakar and Hyderabad District Collector Priyanka Ala visited Dr. BR Ambedkar Bhavan in Lower Tank Bund. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka spoke on the occasion.

The government has allocated Rs. 110 crore for this knowledge center. Out of which Rs. 50 crore has been sanctioned today, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said. He said that this knowledge center is providing training to poor students. He said that this building is under construction with a cellar and ground floor as well as ten floors. He explained that this knowledge center will provide training classes, a digital library, and seminars with representatives from different countries to share knowledge with everyone. He also revealed that Ambedkar Knowledge Center will be set up in every constituency across the state. He said that along with the Lower Tank Bund Ambedkar Knowledge Center, the SC Hostel in Nimboli Adda is being modernized. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said that it is being named Babu Jagjivan Ram Bhavan.
