Hyderabad, Dec 12 (IANS): Minister for Irrigation and Food & Civil Supplies, N Uttam Kumar Reddy, has reiterated that the State government would implement the promises of giving gas cylinders for
Rs 500 and the bonus of Rs 500 per quintal for paddy are the two assurances among the six guarantees
given during elections, within 100 days of coming to power.
“We are committed to providing gas cylinders for Rs 500 and give a bonus of Rs 500 per quintal
of paddy within 100 days of power. I’ve conducted a detailed review of the functioning of the
Civil Supplies department to get an overview of how these two guarantees could be implemented
,”.
