Telangana Govt to Build Permanent Revenue Office Buildings

The state government has announced a major infrastructure push to construct permanent buildings for tahsildar and RDO offices that are currently operating from rented or poor facilities. In the first phase, 60 tahsildar offices and five Revenue Divisional Officer offices will be modernized with improved public access and amenities. A subsequent phase will cover over 170 additional offices. The government also plans integrated buildings for the Stamps & Registration Department and is reorganizing sub-registrar offices into clusters in areas like Gachibowli and Medchal-Malkajgiri.
