N. Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has lauded the innovative initiative undertaken by Himanshu Shukla, the District Collector of Nellore, for improving governance and public service delivery in the district.

The Chief Minister appreciated the efforts of the district administration in implementing citizen-centric measures aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and accessibility of government services. He said such initiatives play a crucial role in strengthening grassroots governance and ensuring that welfare programmes reach people effectively.

Naidu commended the proactive leadership shown by Collector Himanshu Shukla and encouraged other district officials across the state to adopt similar innovative approaches in administration.

He also reiterated the state government’s commitment to promoting good governance through technology, accountability, and community participation. According to the Chief Minister, initiatives like the one implemented in Nellore demonstrate how district administrations can bring meaningful change at the local level.

The state government is expected to study the Nellore model and explore possibilities of replicating similar initiatives in other districts of Andhra Pradesh to improve service delivery and public engagement.
