Tirupati : Andhra Pradesh Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh said that he will never forget the Telugu Desam Party workers who accompanied him on his Yuvagalam Padayatra. Lokesh participated in the wedding ceremony of Kamma Welfare and Development Corporation Chairman Nadendla Brahmam Chowdhury in Tirupati on Thursday and blessed the newlyweds. He warmly greeted the Yuvagalam team members at the event and recalled the memories of the Padayatra days. Lokesh interacted with the workers for about 15 minutes. He praised the role of the TDP cadre in the success of the Yuvagalam. He thanked every worker who bravely faced the oppression and difficulties faced during the rule of YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and made the Padayatra a success. Lokesh clarified that he is continuously working towards the empowerment of the Telugu Desam Party cadre with the aim of ‘worker is the leader’. Lokesh said that the government is committed to implementing the promises made during the elections. He said that steps have been taken towards creating 20 lakh jobs in AP. He explained that the government is moving forward in issues such as the release of job calendar, filling of teacher posts, and recruitment of constables as part of the job recruitment process. He commented that the main goal of his government is to provide employment opportunities to the youth. On this occasion, he once again clarified that the bond formed through Yuvagalam is permanent and his association with the activists will continue forever. Minister Lokesh’s comments filled the TDP ranks with enthusiasm, and the activists expressed joy while recalling the association formed through the Yuvagalam Padayatra.
