Hyderabad : Telangana Rashtra Sena (TRS) party chief Kalvakuntla Kavitha has once again lashed out at the Congress government in the state. Speaking at the party office in Banjara Hills on Thursday, she described the Congress as not ruling the people but a rule of blatant exploitation and loot. She criticized the violations of rules to benefit followers and cronies. She accused those who are not qualified of being given work for commissions. She pointedly questioned the government about what is happening in the Chief Minister’s office, which is supposed to provide protection to the people and traders.

Kavitha warned that those who engage in threats for commissions will not be spared. On this occasion, she demanded that the government bring a Women Farmers Empowerment Act in Telangana as well. She appealed to the government to provide legal recognition to women farmers and farm laborers. TRS chief Kavitha made it clear to the Revanth government that government schemes, social security and other benefits should be provided to women farmers.
