Amaravati: On Monday, the Andhra Pradesh High Court swore in three more judges. Justice Lisa Gill, the Chief Justice of the High Court, gave the oath. As new judges, Sunitha Gandham, Alapati Giridhar, and Purushottam Kumar Chintalapudi assumed leadership. Following President Draupadi Murmu’s approval of the appointment of three more justices to the state High Court, the Union Law Ministry released an official announcement. With these appointments, the total number of judges in the Andhra Pradesh High Court has increased from 29 to 32. Attendees of the program, which took place on the grounds of the High Court, included judges, attorneys, and senior officials. Chief Justice Lisa Gill of the High Court thanked the newly appointed judges following the oath-taking.
