Hyderabad : While the wealth of the people increased under KCR’s rule, former minister and BRS working president KTR alleged that during the Indiramma era, the properties of common people were caught in the clutches of the Congress. He said that during the Gandhis’ rule, even land grabbers became powerful. KTR accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Revenue Minister Ponguleti of indulging in land grabbing.

KTR revealed that while only 16 lakh acres were on the prohibited list under Section 22A during the BRS regime, the figure has now increased to 1.16 crore acres under the Congress government. He strongly criticized the government, alleging that Minister Konda Surekha was dismissed over a land dispute. KTR accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of being involved in a land scam linked to Future City. He also alleged that the CM had his eye on 100 acres in Kongara Kalan. As if these allegations were not enough, KTR further accused the government of opening the door to a scam worth thousands of crores in the name of Musi beautification.
